Dr Alice Goh trained through Master of Surgery (Ophthalmology) at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and subsequently awarded Malaysian Certificate of Completion in Fellowship Training (CCFT) in Oculoplastics. She underwent additional Oculoplastic surgery trainings in multiple places including world renowned Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA, Los Angeles, USA, Samsung Medical Center, Seoul, South Korea and LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, India.
She is a recipient of several scholarships awarded by Malaysian Ministry of Health (MOH), International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) and UCLA David Leveton International Fellowship. Her main area of practice is in Oculoplastic surgery with a special interest in cosmetic eyelid surgery and facial aesthetics.
She is the first Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic surgeon in Malaysia who is credentialed to practise aesthetics (LCP). She was the founding chairperson for the Malaysian Oculoplastic Interest Group (MOIG) established in 2017 and elected as an executive council in the Asia Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (APSOPRS) for 2021-2023.
